Asbestos & Lead Compliance

SRP Environmental employs experts in Asbestos and Lead Compliance. SRP has certified project managers, project designers, inspectors and air monitors on staff and their collaborative efforts create compliance and remediation solutions for every business and industry. SRP conducts initial inspections, samples possible lead and asbestos containing building materials and manages abatement to ensure a safe environment.  
 

Tier II (SARA 313)
 
Individual states including Louisiana and Texas require Tier II reporting under SARA 313. Tier II reporting affects almost all facilities that use, manufacture, or store hazardous chemicals and materials. This law requires that all facilities that store threshold quantities of listed chemicals, submit copies of their MSDSs or a list of all MSDSs to the Local Emergency Planning Committees, the regulating state agency, and the local fire department. Each facility filing a Tier II must do so by March 1 of each calendar year. SRP Environmental files the necessary paperwork, prepares chemical inventory and location mapsof all applicable chemicals for each client site, thereby ensuring client regulatory compliance and community safety.
  

Toxic Release Inventory
                        
A Toxic Release Inventory, also known as Form R, is a report that every facility with a Title 5 Air Permit (100 tons or more of emissions) must file by July 1 of each year.  The Toxic Release Inventory catalogues the types and quantities of toxins emitted throughout the year. SRP can help your company with your Toxic Release Inventory by preparing, filing, and coordinating communication with the proper regulatory agencies.
